ACR have a fantastic opportunity for somebody with Customer Service experience, to work for a housing developer as part of their Customer Care team.
Based in their Chelmsford office, the successful applicant will be brought in to provide a prompt, courteous and efficient defect reporting service to customers and clients, being the first point of contact between customers and the company.
You will join an established Customer Care team, who are led by a highly regarded Head of Customer Care, this is a rare opportunity to join the team and you will be well rewarded with an industry leading salary.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a House Builder or a Housing Association in a similar role.
