I am immensely grateful for the invaluable assistance provided by Zayna and the team at ACR in securing my current position. Transitioning from redundancy to employment could have been a daunting experience, but thanks to the seamless and proficient management of the process by ACR, it turned out to be a remarkably smooth journey.

I have been a Site Manager for over 30 years and have known Zayna for a number of them. She has been a great help while employed as Site Manager, recruiting good quality staff for the sites I have run.

In the later years, Zayna has found a number of good projects where I have enjoyed working as a freelance Site Manager.

Zayna also helped my son a few years ago to get an apprentice carpentry role with Croudace Homes. He is a fully qualified Carpenter.

I have used Zayna to source managers on numerous occasions over the years. She has always found great candidates and clearly vets them before sending them to site. When I decided to leave my last position after 9 years, the first person I rang was Zayna. We didn’t rush anything and after much thought and deliberation she found me my new role, in which I love!

I have worked with Zayna at ACR for quite a few years, the reason that I use Zayna rather than any other Recruiter is because she cares. Any candidate that she places she has met personally. She also does her homework as to whether they would be the right fit for both the company and the operative.
