The same sequence applies whether we are filling a site vacancy or appointing a Managing Director. The depth changes, the principle does not.

The requirement
Trade, tickets, start date, duration and what the site actually needs. Call, email or WhatsApp.

We go to operatives we have supplied before and know are reliable, not an untested database.

Compliance
Right to work, cards, tickets and site-specific requirements confirmed before day one.

On site
We check in during the first week and stay in contact. If someone does not work out, we replace them.
