Terms & Fee Structure
We try not to over complicate things, so you'll not find any hidden charges or sliding scales in our fee structure. We believe a completely upfront and transparent approach to our fees ultimately benefits everyone involved. The terms and conditions will therefore be discussed with you in detail and agreed at job registration stage. Terms of BusinessPermanent Terms of Business
As standard we work on the following structure for the introduction of permanent staff. For white collar management staff all introductions to be charged at 17.5% of basic salary only. There are no additional charges, for example in the event of the provision of a company car.
For executive appointments we propose a retained search structure based on a total fee of 25% with the structure of this fee to be agreed prior to instruction
In the unlikely event that a candidate leaves within 12 weeks of employment commencing, a refund against the fee will be applicable within the time limits given below. The exception would be in the event of redundancy.
- 0-4 weeks 100% Rebate
- 5-8 weeks 50% Rebate
- 9-12 weeks 25% Rebate
- 12 weeks + 0%
Temporary Terms of Business
We will charge a 20% margin on the candidate's hourly/daily rate.
You will be invoiced weekly, on 30 day terms.
We offer a 4 hour working interview, if you're not completely satisfied with the candidate, and decide not to appoint them, there is no charge.
