Martina joined ACR in May 2018 following a number of years working as Office Manager for Berry Recruitment. Martina is responsible for ensuring that the business remains compliant and adheres to government regulation as well as the SLAs that are part of our client preferred supplier agreements. With all of the regulation that comes with the supply of staff these days it is a time consuming and critical role. Additionally, Martina manages the payroll of all of our temporary managers, ensuring they are set up at the start of an assignment and paid on time. Martina is a crucial part of the team here at ACR. She lives near Braintree and balances her role with a busy home life with her husband Ian and daughter Scarlett.
