Andrew has worked in Construction Recruitment for over 20 years, with particular experience in the House Building sector. As original company founder, Andrew launched ACR Ltd in September 2011 with the intention to provide a consistently first class recruitment experience to Construction clients across the East Anglia, Essex and London regions. With an excellent reputation regionally, Andrew has successfully placed numerous key figures in the local house building market and has a proven track record for helping professionals from mid to Director level secure important and rewarding new career moves. Andrew lives in Chelmsford with his two boys Oscar and Henry.
George rejoined ACR in 2025 as a Director having previously worked with at the business from 2017 to 2019. George has exceptional relationships with housing developers and Contractors across London and the home counties. George assists Andrew Fowler in the day to day running of the business as well as supplying management staff on a permanent basis to clients across Essex, Kent and Suffolk. George is an avid West Ham fan as well as a lifelong boxing advocate
Lewis joined ACR Ltd in October 2014 and is responsible for our freelance business. Initially responsible for our Essex & East Anglia regions, Lewis now supplies temporary management staff to residential clients in London, specifically within the M25. Lewis joined the business following a short spell working in Estate Agency and has quickly cemented his reputation within the construction recruitment market. Lewis prides himself on providing a first class service to his candidates and clients. His dedication and hard work was recently realised with his promotion to Director in 2023.
Lyndsey joined ACR Ltd in Sept 2015 after a 20 year career working for a national Construction and Property Recruitment business. She is a Senior Business Manager responsible for the recruitment of permanent staff across our portfolio of residential clients in the North Home Counties. Specifically Lyndsey manages Construction, Commercial and Technical vacancies from junior to middle management level. Her experience and expertise in the housing market ensures that candidates and clients alike receive a world class recruitment service. Lyndsey supports Arsenal and enjoys attending the gym and spending time with her family and when time allows the occasional glass of sauvignon blanc!
Maisie joined ACR Ltd in November 2021 having gained two years’ prior experience in the recruitment sector. She is responsible for placing Commercial, Customer Care and Administrative professionals into our portfolio of house building clients across London and the South East. Outside of work you can find Maisie enjoying meals out in London with a glass of Prosecco in hand.
Jack joined ACR in November 2025 as a Candidate Manager, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. His role includes maintaining clear and consistent communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging applicant journey, and supporting hiring managers to deliver timely, efficient, and high-quality recruitment outcomes.
Outside of work, Jack is an avid Southend United supporter and a passionate golf enthusiast.
Martina joined ACR Ltd in May 2018 following a number of years working as Office Manager for Berry Recruitment. Martina is responsible for ensuring that the business remains compliant and adheres to government regulation as well as the SLAs that are part of our client preferred supplier agreements. With all of the regulation that comes with the supply of staff these days it is a time consuming and critical role. Additionally, Martina manages the payroll of all of our temporary managers, ensuring they are set up at the start of an assignment and paid on time. Martina is a crucial part of the team here at ACR Ltd. She lives in Suffolk and balances her role with a busy home life with her husband Ian and daughter Scarlett.
Josh joined the ACR team in September 2025 as a Recruitment Assistant, focusing on the marketing and research side of the business while also supporting our consultants with resourcing projects. Outside of work, Josh is a lifelong West Ham supporter and an avid Formula 1 fan.
Buddy is a regular visitor to ACR HQ and is always keen to see the staff and greet visitors with his boundless energy! Buddy is a very clever Border Collie who is a trained support dog for Andrew’s eldest Son who is autistic.
