Site Manager – Residential build

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Site Manager to work with a small housebuilder who over the last five years have developed some beautiful projects. Sites typically range from single unit client builds to small, bespoke traditional speculative developments of up to twenty units, all finished to the highest quality and built on reasonable schedules.

They currently have a requirement for a Site Manager to start in mid-to-late June on a project build for  Client on a site in Winchester, near to their office location.

This project has an 18 month build schedule. It is a single unit, with an attached large garage, gymnasium and will be finished to a high specification. Applications are sought from Site Manager who can demonstrate a track record of residential builds and have the personality and character to work with and “manage” the Client interaction, providing updated progress reports and handling client enquiries on the build.

The site is technically challenging: it is highly glazed with Crittall windows, has concrete and steel, bore holes and is situated on a tight, small plot. It will provide an interesting, but rewarding build for the Site Manager, the developer and the client!
