ACR has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to be part of the delivery of a large, high-profile housing development in Cambridge.

Working with one of the UK’s most respected housebuilders, you’ll oversee on-site operations, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations and subcontractors
• Maintain build programme and site safety
• Ensure NHBC and internal quality standards are met
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing traditional build housing sites
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
• Strong leadership and communication skills
