Our client, one of the UK’s leading residential developers, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on an exciting new-build housing development in the Milton Keynes area.

🔨 The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the development, ensuring smooth delivery of all works from groundworks through to handover. You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time and to specification

Oversee subcontractors and site teams with effective leadership and communication

Ensure all work complies with current health & safety regulations

Maintain excellent build quality and attention to detail

Coordinate materials, logistics, and site documentation

Liaise with NHBC inspectors and internal stakeholders

Provide regular progress updates and ensure customer handovers meet Bellway standards

About You

Proven experience managing new-build residential housing sites

Strong leadership and organisational abilities

Excellent knowledge of H&S practices and building regulations

Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (essential)
