ACR have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to join our clients East Anglia team. Our client is the UK’s leading provider of mixed tenure affordable homes and has a reputation for innovation and excellence in the delivery of high-quality housing development and regeneration projects.
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager, with good levels of previous experience in the construction of extra-care facilities being an essential attribute. You will have a detailed understanding of Health & Safety responsibilities, including building legislation NHBC and understand structural principles, road and sewer construction. Knowledge of temporary works procedures is also a must.
