ACR are working with a private developer who have a new investor, looking to grow the business over the next five years. The key to their success is the people. With a full land bank, they are now looking for a number of new personnel to add to the team. Ideally you will need to have experience from a housing building background, responsible for managing and controlling the build process of a new-build development.

The Person:

NVQ Level 3-4, BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar
SMSTS
CSCS Card
Qualified First Aider
Fire Marshall
Scaffolding [certificate]
LOLER certificate
Full UK driving licence
In-depth knowledge and experience of construction build programmes, ideally in housebuilding
Sound commercial awareness
Good knowledge of Building Regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to contribute to the resolution of disputes
Organised and self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of projects
Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs, demonstrating a strong problem-solving ability
Computer literate, including Excel, Word, Outlook
