ACR are working with one of the UK’s largest house builders, looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to work on a new build development based in Milton Keynes with sixty units left to deliver over the next eighteen months.

You will be the no1 Site Manager, reporting to the Contracts Manager with an Assistant reporting to you. Responsible for managing all aspects of a housing development, ensuring the provision of safe, efficient and cost effective works at all times, while maintaining the highest quality of work and customer service are delivered within the given timescales.

Ideally you will have experience of working a Site Manager with a high volume residential house builder.
Valid CSCS card at Site Manager level (or equivalent).
Valid SMSTS certificate
Valid First Aid certificate

In return:
Competitive salary £60,000 – £65000
