ACR have a great opportunity to join a highly successful national developer as a Site Manager to work on a site’s in London. The projects are working on large residential developments, on the cladding remedial works. Previous facade experience is essential with tier 1 Contractor or leading facade company. Site locations vary around London and surrounding areas.

You will need:

SMSTS certificate, FIrst Aid, NVQ Cladding Occupations, Siderise Training, BSc Construction Mgt, ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget, able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously, demonstrate a thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation, IT literate,able to use the Snag R system for recording.
