ACR are working with a tier one residential developer with their search for an Assistant Site Manager to join their growing team.

My client is looking for a self-motivated, focused and career driven manager that has experience working with tier one national house builders and understands what is required to deliver quality and excellent health and safety on site.

As a business they are known for using the best materials and producing stunning homes for their customers which over the years has won them numerous awards . To maintain this status they need to ensure the team and managers can meet the high standards and understand that being the best requires going the extra mile.

The project is set to run for another 4+ years and comprises of 2-3-4 and 5 bedroom houses of a high specification. They currently have 150 units in build at various stages with another 200 to build in phase 1. There will another phase to follow with a similar number of units to deliver.

With many years of construction to ahead this will provide long term job security and a chance to develop and further your career.
