ACR have recently registered a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of its client, a leading nationally developer based from their regional office in Chelmsford, Essex.

Due to increased unit production across Essex and East Anglia the company are seeking the services of an Assistant Site Manager for a multi phase development on the outskirts of Cambridge, with further projects in Cambridgeshire. The schemes will consist of traditionally built 2,3 & 4 bedroom homes and the successful applicant will be expected to report into the Project Manager and confident in taking units from first fix through to handover.

The ideal candidates will have worked for a recognised housebuilder on new build developments and will have experience on projects from groundworks through to final handover. Applicants must be SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid accredited and must be able to demonstrate a stable career history.
