ACR have recently registered a fantastic opportunity with a Major PLC Residential Developer based out of their Regional office in Cheshunt.

The company in question are seeking the services of an experienced Site Manager for a large scale scheme based in New Hall, Essex, reporting in to a site based Project Manager. This phase will consist of 150 units of private and affordable new homes. Traditionallly built 2, 3 & 4 bed houses and 1 & 2 bed apartments.

The ideal candidates will have experience on projects of a similar nature and size, working for a Residential Developer. Applicants must also be SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid accredited and will be able to demonstrate a stable career history.
