Our client, one of the UK’s most respected independently owned house builders, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious luxury housing development in Cambridgeshire this is a traditional build development, with some refurbishment.

As Senior Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of a high-specification residential project. You’ll lead site operations, ensuring the highest standards of health & safety, build quality, and customer satisfaction — from groundwork to final handover.

Proven experience managing high-end or large-scale residential projects

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

A results-driven approach with exceptional attention to detail

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential

Passion for delivering excellence in every aspect of the build process
