Our client is a leading UK housebuilder, renowned for delivering desirable new homes with exceptional design and sector-leading build quality. This is an exciting time to join as they undergo a significant transformation in sustainability and technology.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the lead on a prestigious development comprising 108 traditional build houses, flats, and bungalows near Bishops Stortford.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the construction site.

Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.

Implement and maintain health and safety standards on site.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide regular progress reports and resolve any site-related issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within the housebuilding sector.

Strong knowledge of traditional build construction methods.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure project milestones are met.

Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
