Senior / Site Manager

Our client are a privately owned family run developer building high end residential developments, in the Surrey and Hampshire area.

We are looking for an experienced no1 Site Manager who will report to the Construction Director, you will manage all aspects of the build programme ensuring that key dates are met and any movement in these are well managed and communicated.

Proven experience working for a residential house builder in a similar level role is a necessity. Understanding and application of health and safety best practice and legislation, SMSTS qualified.
