Senior Site Manager

ACR are excited to be working with a private developer on a new build traditional build site of family homes in the Boston area of Lincolnshire. This is a new phase and will require an experienced Site Manager to develop the site and team. Ideally you will be able to maintain high quality units whilst sticking to programme.

You will be responsible for managing and controlling the build process of a site. Managing of staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers and utility providers, making sure that building methods align with build quality. Quality, compliance and customer experience are important.

Ideally you will have:

NVQ Level 3-4, BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar
SMSTS
CSCS Card
Qualified First Aider
Fire Marshall
Full UK driving licence
In-depth knowledge and experience of construction build programmes, ideally in housebuilding
Good knowledge of Building Regulations
IT literate, including Excel, Word, Outlook
