Senior Site Manager

Experienced no1 Senior Site Manager responsible for managing and controlling the build process of a new-build development consisting of over 400 traditional build units.

You will be responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers and utility providers, making sure that building methods align with build quality and programme targets and that company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Ideally you will have:
NVQ Level 3-4, BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar
SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aider
Fire Marshall
Scaffolding
LOLER certificate
Full UK driving licence
In-depth knowledge and experience of construction build programmes, ideally in housebuilding
Computer literate, including Excel, Word, Outlook
