ACR have recently registered a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Site Manager on behalf of a large developer based out of their regional office in Cheshunt. Specialising in large-scale residential schemes on greenfield site across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex.

The company are seeking the services of a Senior Site Manager on a large multi-phased, traditional project in Harlow, Essex. The successful applicant will report to an onsite Project Manager and will be responsible for a Site Manager and an Assistant Site Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience on schemes of a similar nature and size, working for a Residential Developer. Applicants must be SMSTS, CSCS (Black) and First Aid accredited and will be able to demonstrate a stable career history and be capable of managing from groundworks through to customer handover.
