Senior Site Manager

ACR have registered an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager on behalf of a nationally operating Residential Developer to be based out their Kent office, working on projects predominantly in the Kent / Essex.
The company are seeking the services of a Senior Site Manager, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, on a permanent basis to run a development near Canterbury, Kent. This new build scheme consists of 150 Timber Frame two, three & four bed luxury homes, finished to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Full Project management of the site build from site setup through to completion
- Manage the health and safety, always across site operations ensuring everyone on site is adhering to standards and procedures
- Toolbox talks
- Hold Sub-contractor meetings
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with the subcontractor network on site and coordinating trades to ensure they are meeting key build milestone
- Work closely with Customer Care and Sales to ensure the customer journey plan is adhered to at all stages
- Work with the National House Building Council (NHBC) to carry out key site and plot inspections
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience within the Housebuilding sector, working on schemes of a similar scale is essential
- Applicants must also be SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid accredited and able to demonstrate a stable career history.
