ACR have registered a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join on of the UK’s top housebuilders who specialise in developing distinctive new build homes across the South East. In recent years, the company have expanded dramatically and have won multiple awards for; design, quality and customer satisfaction alongside their 5 Star Home Builder status.

The company are seeking a Senior Site Manager for one of their developments, 72 unit care home based near Braintree.

Applicants must have proven experience working in a Senior Site Manager role, ideally with a recognised housebuilder delivering significant schemes. Applicants must be planned & organised with a strong ability to manage people. Candidates must also be SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS accredited to the relevant level and be proficient in their understanding of NHBC regulations.
