Senior Quantity Surveyor

ACR are working with a leading provider and developer of care homes to appoint a proven residential Senior Quantity Surveyor. The company operate from offices in South Essex and build, maintain and operate care homes across the south of England.

Building the care homes themselves is a relatively new process for this company. The decision to build new properties in-house was taken in the last year, so they are hoping to fill their team with experienced housebuilding professionals. You would be working in a relatively small team, working on two or three seperate developments at once. You will need a proven track record of delivering a variety of residential developments, and ideally have the ability to lead a small commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Surveyor to join a growing, market-leading business. It may even suit somebody who has grown tired of volume housebuilding and wants to work in a progressive team on more interesting projects.
