ACR have registered a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of one of the UK’s leading housebuilding companies who build award-winning homes in prime locations, creating sustainable new developments.

Based from their regional office in central Essex, the company are seeking the services of a proven residential Senior Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for one major development in North London.

Applicants will ideally have extensive knowledge of the new build residential construction industry processes and procedures, methods of measurement, standard forms of contract and reporting procedures, preparation of contractual claims.
