Senior Quantity Surveyor

ACR are working with one of the UK’s largest housebuilders to identify a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their North London region. The company completes over 10,000 units per annum across the UK, and the North London region produces traditonally built, and high rise developments of up to 250 units across North London and the Northern Home Counties.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor working for this business, you will be given full commercial responsibility for up to four live projects at once. You will have full autonomy over the procurement and ongoing management of the schemes, while you report directly to the Commercial Director.

You will need a proven track record of delivering major residential schemes for a similar PLC-type housebuilder; as well as a strong network of residential subcontractors in the region.
