Scaffold Surveyor / Estimator

ACR are working with a renowned scaffold contractor in Essex to identify a Surveyor / Estimator to join their busy commercial team. The company specialise in the residential construction sector, subcontracting to the likes of Barratt, Bovis, Redrow, Persimmon, Crest Nicholson across Essex, Kent and London.

Due to a huge workload in the next six months, the company are looking to appoint a Surveyor / Estimator to price work and commercially manage projects from start to finish. They have approx. 50 live projects at any time, which are split between their existing five-man commercial team.

The company are open-minded about the level at which they appoint somebody. You could be a Trainee fresh off the tools, or a Senior Manager with 20+years in the job. The most important thing is that you have a good understanding of scaffold processes, and the drive and workrate to succeed in a fast-paced team.
