Quantity Surveyor/Senior Surveyor

One of our key clients are looking to recruit either a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based on the Essex/Hertfordshire border. They are a known Developer who tend to build high rise flats and apartments. Their other arm of the business has recently been picking up a lot of main contract work which has seen them venture into building student accomodations type schemes across Cambridge.

With the mixed pipeline of work, they are looking for someone who has both a developer and main contracting background with a diverse skillset and excellent knowledge of JCT Contracts.
