Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

ACR are working with a major regional housebuilder in Suffolk who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team. The company complete approx 2000 units per annum nationwide, with this region producing 400-500 across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire.

The commercial team is under relatively new management, with a new Commercial Director and a new Commercial Manager both appointed in the last six months. Their team consists of a further 6 Surveyors of varying levels, with the intention to grow this to 10 in the next 18 months. The Senior Quantity Surveyors will be expected to manage up to three developments, as well as managing one or two Surveying staff. The Intermediate-level Surveyors will be given one or two developments to manage, with a strong support network above them.

Typical projects are medium/large developments of traditionally built houses, built on greenfield land across East Anglia. The company produce homes to a high standard, and regularly win awards for their level of customer service. They are privately-owned, and are cash-rich with a huge landbank to be buillt upon in the next ten years.
