ACR are working with a major national housebuilder with offices in Surrey who are looking to appoint an experienced residential Quantity Surveyor. The company produce medium / high spec developments of traditonally built homes across the Southern Home Counties; and offer fantastic career professional development opportunities.

The commercial team is under the guidance of a new Commercial Director, who has an excellent housebuilding pedigree, and a proven track record of effectively developing high-performing staff.

There is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with housebuilding experience to join an energetic team, and to immediately take control of one or two upcoming projects. You will need an existing residential construction portfolio under your belt and be able to manage a project from start to finish.
