Quantity Surveyor

ACR are working with one of the UK’s leading housebuilders to identify a high-performing Quantity Surveyor to help deliver large traditional housing schemes across Northamptonshire.

This company are one of the largest developers in the country, delivering upwards of 8,000 units per annum. Their regional office in Northampton builds in a fairly small area, focussing almost exclusively in Northamptonshire. Typical projects are on greenfield sites and will consist of between 100 and 200 units of standard house types.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the commercial management of up to two of these projects at once, depending on your own level of expertise. You will be responsible for all cost control procedures, including managing and controlling the budget and valuations, and having the ability to show absolute cost and value reconciliation.
