ACR are working with one of the UK’s largest independently owned housebuilders to identify an ambitious and energetic residential Quantity Surveyor. The company produce high-spec developments of traditionally-built new homes across the South East, with projects up to 300 units in size.

The company build across the Northern Home Counties, and have a reputation for their excellent build quality and customer service. Their developments are bespoke deisgned, and utilise the highest quality materials, and generally follow a slower build programme compared to their competition.

You will need to be a degree-qualified Intermediate / Senior level Surveyor, with ideally at least five years in the housebuilding sector post-graduation. This opportunity will see you managing up to three live sites concurrently at various stages of build, so a proven track record of taking sites from various stages of development is crucial.
