Quantity Surveyor

ACR are working with a highly reputable general building contractor in Essex, who have built a solid network of repetitive clients in the commercial, residential and educational sectors. The company are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Surveyor who will report to the MD, and will be responsible for commercially managing up to approx. 10 live sites across Essex valued from £200k-£2m.

Working in a small business, you will need to be multi-skilled from a commercial perspective, as you will be required to dip into Estimating and Buying on top of the traditional Surveying tasks. A background having worked for a similar small/medium sized contractor would be ideal, as would a good project profile consisting of various build types.
