Quantity Surveyor

ACR are working with one of the UK’s largest independently owned housebuilders to identify an ambitious and energetic residential Quantity Surveyor. The company produce developments of traditionally-built new homes across the South East, with projects up to 200 units in size.

The commercial team consists of two Senior Surveyors and two Trainee Surveyors, and there is a desire to bridge the gap by appointing an Intermediate-level Surveyor who can grow and develop along with the rest of the team. There is a proven track record of professional development in this team, with historically very little turnover of staff.

You will need to be degree-qualified with a proven history of commercially managing residential construction projects. Because the company is privately-owned and still retains a “family company” feel, there is plenty of autonomy and creative license given to their Surveyors; allowing you to get on with the job using your own methods and your own subcontract network, while leaning on your colleagues for as much or as little support as is required.
