ACR are working with a prestigious developer of luxury homes to identify an ambitous and driven residential Quantity Surveyor. The company are based in Hertfordshire and produce small developments of high-spec, bespoke designed houses and apartments throughout Herts, Middlesex and North London.

Typical developments range from 6 to 30 units, are located in some of North London’s most desirable postcodes and are built using the highest quality materials and fittings.

The company are privately owned and operate with a relatively small team. It is essential that anybody joining the team is comfortable working in a smaller environment, and is capable of adapting their methods to suit the company’s style of working.

You will need proven experience of working on new-build residential schemes, either for a developer or a contractor; and ideally you will have spent time working for a similar small, private organisation. You will be given the opportunity to become an influential figure in a small team, reporting to the company Directors and given responsibility for extremely high quality, exclusive residential developments.
