Quantity Surveyor

ACR are working with one of the UK’s largest developers of mid-market homes to identify a Quantity Surveyor to join their Southern region based in Surrey. The company deliver over 10,000 units per annum nationwide, an the Southern region produces traditionally built schemes across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.

As a Quantity Surveyor in this business, you will be given responsibility for up to three new-build residential projects at once (dependent on your ability), with developments consisiting of between 70 and 150 units of private and mixed-tenure housing.

You will need a Degree in Quantity Surveying, and some proven expertise of commercially managing substantial construction projects (ideally housing). You will be rewarded with a generous, negotiable salary and a package consisting of a vehicle, pension, healthcare and bonus scheme.
