Project Manager – Leicester (Sileby)

A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a new housing development in Sileby, Leicester. This role will oversee the delivery of a 288-unit timber frame scheme (up to 2.5 storeys) on a greenfield site, comprising a mix of open market and affordable housing.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the project from start to completion—managing budgets, programmes, site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the development is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Requirements

Proven experience delivering large timber frame residential developments

Strong knowledge of health & safety on timber frame sites, particularly fire safety

Ability to lead and motivate site teams and manage subcontractors and supply chains

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, NVQ Level 6/7 or equivalent) preferred
