ACR are working with a leading Main Contractor with their search for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead and deliver a new build residential project in West London.

The project comprises 120 units, 1x RC frame block with a two year program. The site will be logistically challenging so will require a Project Manager with experience and a track record of successfully delivering new build residential projects from hoarding to hand over. The groundworkers will be starting on site next week so my client is looking to start the interview process as soon as possible.

Over the past years they are built fantastic relationships with housing associations and local councils across London which has ensured a lot of repeat business and the opportunity to deliver some award winning developments.
