ACR have an exciting opportunity to join an award winning house builder, one of the UK’s largest house builders. The Eastern regional office is based in Cambridgeshire and looking to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator to join the Division’s Customer Care team.
This role reports of the Division’s Head of Customer Care and your role will involve ensuring all calls received into the department are managed appropriately and issues are logged. Coordinate the supply of material and sub-contractor elements together ensuring maintenance requests are carried out. Communicate with the head of Customer Care to ensure all defects are followed up and dealt with by the appropriate personnel.
You will need experience of working as an Administrator in a fast paced environment, and experience of working within the construction or house building sector is desirable. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people. Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
