Our client are an established and respected private house builder known for delivering high-quality homes with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and craftsmanship. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential developments across Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.
Role Overview:
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple housing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and support site teams, liaise with subcontractors, and play a key role in project planning, H&S compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 3–5 live residential developments simultaneously
Ensure all sites are delivered in line with programme, budget, and company quality standards
Monitor and report on progress, budgets, and risks
Provide leadership and guidance to Site Managers and subcontractors
Ensure health & safety regulations and company policies are fully adhered to
Liaise with internal departments including Commercial, Technical, and Customer Care
Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a similar role within the private residential sector
Strong knowledge of housebuilding processes and NHBC standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Able to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White Card), and First Aid certified
Full UK driving licence
