ACR are currently working with a private developer to find a house building Contracts Manager ideally an ambitious forward thinking Project Manager looking for the right opportunity to step up to Contracts Manager or an existing Contracts Manager working for a volume developer. You will lead the site teams to simultaneously deliver multiple new build residential schemes in the Cambridgeshire area managing 3 sites at a time to ensure quality, and health and safety is at the highest level. Each site will have its own No.1 Site Manager running the development with a full site team. As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the build programme and progress along with working alongside the commercial and technical teams to ensure the schemes are delivered on programme and budget.
