Contracts Manager – Cambridge
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our a regional office in Cambridgeshire. This is a key role in delivering high-quality homes safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and manage site teams with coaching and guidance.
Control costs, resources, and programmes to meet project targets.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and NHBC standards.
Monitor site quality, customer care, and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
Must have experience as a Contracts Manager in high-volume housebuilding.
Knowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and NHBC standards.
CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and full UK driving licence.
Strong planning, communication, and IT skills.
