Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality homes safely, on programme and to exceptional standards. The Role
Assist with the day-to-day management of a busy traditional build housing site.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
Maintain high standards of quality throughout all stages of the build.
Carry out inspections and ensure all homes meet company and NHBC standards.
Support the management of health and safety on site.
Help drive build programmes while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within volume housebuilding.
Traditional build housing experience is essential.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-moving environment.
SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid qualification preferred.
