ACR have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of one of the UK’s leading developers of new homes; whose expertise lies in creating large-scale residential led, mixed use developments across the Northern Home Counties.

The company require an Assistant Site Manager to help deliver a new phase of traditional build 147 units from studio apartments to four bed family houses. There is also some RC frame for the podium. This project based in Cambridge.

Ideally from a trade background, you will need CSCS card, SMSTS and first Aid. Experience with a recognised housebuilder delivering significant schemes would be advantagous, and assisted on a site from start to hand over.
