ACR are currently working with an award winning House Builder based in Essex who due to recent growth, are looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their close knit and successful team.

The purpose of the role is to assist with sub-contract procurement process and development project cost control for residential developments across Essex, Suffolk and Kent. Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication and time management skills and someone who is looking to progress further in their career. Due to the current team, you will need to have over 18 months experience and ideally your qualification.
