About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aftercare Manager with a housing construction background to join the dynamic team. As the Aftercare Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer issues are appropriately investigated, causation and remedial proposals are consistent with good practice and to the relevant construction standards. You will be responsible for liaison with Employers Agent, Development Partners and Subcontractors ensuring process and protocols are followed. This role is home based with regular travel required to visit our homes in the East of England including Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk & Norfolk and Buckinghamshire.
