ACR have registered an excellent opportunity for a Assistant Site Manager with one of Essex’s leading developers of residential dwellings. The site consists of a variety of traditional build housing ranging from 2, 3 and 4 bedroom detached and semi detached properties. My client are in need someone to join the project mid way through the scheme to take over and help with the completion of the rest the site over the next 9 months.

The ideal candidate will have exposure in assisting with management on residential schemes of a similar nature/size with a valid SMSTS and CSCS card. This is an excellent opportunity for any capable manager to join a leading and ever expanding residential developer.
