ACR are working with a 5* national house builder and assisting them with their search to secure an experienced Senior Site Manager No1 that can deliver a new build residential project successfully and to a high standard.

The development is situated in north Kent and will comprise 150 units, mix of traditional build 2-3 and 4 bedroom houses and apartments.

As a business they are known for their multiple award winning status and for producing stunning homes across the UK.

My client is looking for a manager that has operated in the position of No1 and has proven track record of delivering new build residential projects.

You will be supported and manage a team of Assistant Site Managers and Site Managers and report to the visiting Contracts Manager.
