We have a passion for recruiting properly, and doing things the right way. We only work on a volume of vacancies we can comfortably handle (usually no more than 5 per consultant at any one time), and we are very selective as to which candidates we have on our books. This approach is necessary in order to deliver our promise to consistently meet and exceed our client's and candidate's expectations, and make the experience of dealing with ACR a positive one.
